Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork that seeks to restore your body’s natural balance of energy. Your therapist will hold and release acupressure points of the body throughout the session. 

Shiatsu massage is typically performed on the floor mat, but sometimes we can accommodate requests for it being adapted to a table session. This service is always fully clothed and oil-less; we will provide you with a change of clothes or feel free to wear your own comfortable and flexible attire
